Laughlin is an easy four-hour drive from Southern California and Phoenix, Arizona. The closest airport to Laughlin is the Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport receiving charter flights booked through Riverside Resort and Harrah’s Laughlin hotels with free transfers. The Las Vegas airport is the closest major airport with scheduled commercial airline service and using a rental car or shuttle company gets you to the river in 90 minutes.
The River Walk connects three hotels on the north end and three hotels on the south end of the hotel corridor. The paved walking path lies adjacent to the hotels on the river side and is a great way to get from one casino to the other while soaking up sights such as local fish, waterfowl, jet skiers and stunning desert mountains. Water taxis depart from each hotel boat dock transporting visitors up and down Laughlin’s main street - the Colorado River.
Laughlin is 96.7 miles from Las Vegas, or about a one hour, 40-minute drive, depending on traffic and weather. A lightly traveled four-lane divided highway cruises through the desert and low mountain ranges. Be sure to slow down to 25 mph through the town of Searchlight.
The Riverwalk is 1.6 miles with some street-level connections.
